Terms of Service

1. The service

KnowQuickly (“we”, “us”) reads the public pages of websites you add, generates short animated explainers with the help of AI, and lets you show them to your visitors through an embeddable widget, a share link, or files you upload yourself.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use KnowQuickly.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us a working email address so we can reach you about your account and billing.

3. Websites and content you add

• Only add websites you own or are authorised to represent.
• You keep all rights to your content: your website text, brand assets and anything you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run KnowQuickly for you.
• Don't use KnowQuickly for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. AI-generated explainers

Explainers are drafted by AI from your website and may contain mistakes. Review each one before you publish it. You decide which version is live on your site and you're responsible for what it says. As between you and us, you may use the explainers generated for your websites for any lawful purpose.

5. Trials, plans and payment

• New accounts may start with a free trial. When it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep the widget live and to generate new explainers.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep KnowQuickly fast and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using KnowQuickly and delete your projects at any time; to close your account entirely, email support@knowquickly.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email. Continuing to use KnowQuickly afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KnowQuickly's operating entity is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
